Non-Refundable Fees
The ₹500 registration charge paid by tutors is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
1-Once payment is made, no refund will be issued even if:
2-The tutor does not receive leads
3-The tutor is not selected by parents/students
4-The tutor discontinues using our services
5-The tutor provides incorrect details
No Guarantee of Leads
Lead distribution depends on demand, location, subjects, and other factors. Registration only provides listing and access to leads — not guaranteed tuition assignments. Therefore, refunds cannot be claimed on the basis of lead availability.
Service Validity
The registration is valid for 1 year, and the tutor may receive tuition inquiries anytime during the validity period.
Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental duplicate payment, the extra amount may be refunded after internal verification.
